Investors can choose either strategy or set their own target returns and associated risk profile through a blend of both.

The Generations Strategy looks to invest in businesses primarily providing lending, leasing and infrastructure funding to corporates and public sector organisations, and has an annual target return of 1.5%-2.5%.
Navigator
The Navigator Strategy looks to invest in businesses primarily lending and leasing to a diverse range of SMEs, and has an annual target return of 4.0%-5.0%.
