Support for executors
The death of a client is always a difficult time. We’re here to help you talk to executors and beneficiaries about what happens next.
Notifying us of a death
When they’re ready, the first step for the executor is to let us know the investor has died and send us the death certificate. The easiest way is to scan and email it to estatesandprobates@triplepoint.co.uk
We can also accept the original or a certified copy, sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. We’ll return all documents once we’ve updated our records.
