We invest both equity and debt to fund living sector investments throughout the UK.
Equity
We invest equity across the development and operational lifecycle of living sector assets.
We are focused on forming lasting partnerships with developers, local authorities and housing managers to deliver a range of strategies, from value-add development platforms, to creating large portfolios of homes that deliver inflation correlated long-income.
Debt
We provide debt to support all stages of property investment and development, from pre-planning to long-term property ownership.
Our debt products range from bridge loans to long-term investment loans and we work with borrowers to underwrite and support their specific funding needs.
Our approach to sustainability
We continue to develop solutions that deliver an increased supply of affordable housing throughout the UK. In identifying opportunities, we seek counterparties who share our commitment to sustainability credentials and in particular are committed to developing and operating high quality homes which are energy efficient.
