Triple Point, the innovative investment manager specialising in private markets, has strengthened its long-standing partnership with growth investor YFM Equity Partners by facilitating a senior debt facility to support YFM’s management buyout, involving three of the firm’s controlling shareholders and partners.
The transaction builds on a long-standing relationship between Triple Point and YFM, built on repeat collaboration, aligned investment discipline and a deep understanding of sponsor and management priorities. Founded in 1982, YFM is one of the UK’s longest-established investors in high-growth entrepreneurial businesses with a strong presence in the VCT market and a proven track record of backing ambitious businesses nationwide. Triple Point has supported multiple YFM-backed portfolio companies, creating continuity and confidence for management teams while reinforcing Triple Point’s role as a trusted lender to private equity in the lower mid-market.

This latest transaction reflects Triple Point’s expanding services in private equity lending, where the manager is designing tailored debt solutions for sponsors seeking execution certainty, speed and a relationship-driven approach. Triple Point’s Private Credit team is the delegated manager to loan books exceeding £1.4bn, supporting both sponsor-led and management-led transactions across the private lower mid-market and public sectors.
