Victoria Clarke

Victoria joined Triple Point in 2017 to establish the HR function, initially in a stand alone role. With over 15 years HR experience across both retail and professional services Victoria is now responsible for all aspects of Triple Point’s HR requirements, ensuring we can attract and retain the best talent.

Victoria is passionate about employee wellbeing and personal development, ensuring people feel empowered to reach their potential.

Victoria holds a degree in Business and Human Resource Management and in recognition of her experience Victoria is MCIPD qualified.

Victoria represents Triple Point on the Steering Committee of the Diversity Project, bringing industry best practice and learning back to Triple Point. Away from work, Victoria is an avid road cyclist which she does around her young family.
