Romi Simpson

Romi joined in 2024 as Chief People Officer and is responsible for leading the People strategy and People team for Triple Point.  Romi is passionate about culture, values and developing programs for talent that align closely with business strategy.

Romi is CIPD qualified and has over 20 years of experience as a global HR leader, predominantly in Financial Services and has held roles in the UK an US.  Romi graduated from Manchester University with a degree in Government and Economics.
