Luke joined Triple Point in 2019 and since October 2022 has held the role of “Guest & Employee Experience Manager” at the headquarters in London.

Luke has over 23 years experience, and is responsible for guest services, employee experience, office operations, reception, switchboard, reservations & hospitality.

Luke has a genuine heart for people & hospitality. The passion is to create and manage exceptional colleague experiences and a superior service to our clients and guests.

Luke holds an NVQ level 3 in Hospitality Management.

Away from TP Luke can often be found dining out with family and friends, enjoying a spa day, movie or theatre show.
