Justin Stone
Justin joined the sales team in February 2021 as Head of Internal Business Development and is primarily focused on building sales momentum in the Financial Adviser community.
He has 20 plus years’ experience in delivering sustainable financial services sales results, having worked for some of the leading UK & Global Asset Managers.
Justin is always passionate about employee wellbeing/mentoring and is an awards judge for UK Contact Centre Forum. In the past two years he attended the PHE and Essex County Council quarterly sub-committee for wellbeing.
Justin is currently studying the CIPD level 5 qualification and is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), CIPD student member, and holds professional qualifications in contact centre management, wealth management, life & pensions and OEICs.
When Justing isn't not studying you will find him at the gym, enjoying the great outdoors with his family and he also supports his wife’s baking business. Justin also practice's coaching and mentoring in a private capacity which he finds very rewarding.
