The UK is in the midst of a major housing crisis which affects the lives of millions of vulnerable people. Presently over one million people are on housing waiting lists and don't have a permenant place to call home.
The chronic under supply of both affordable and social properties, has resulted in 1 in 7 people living in unaffordable, insecure or unsuitable homes. This shortage cannot be resolved by the public sector alone.
Triple Point was an early equity investor into the social housing sector and has a strong track record of delivering returns to investors by developing properties which are responding directly to local authority demand, producing better tenant outcomes and often saving the government money.
Our aim is to provide 100,000 vulnerable adults and children with sustainable, high quality, adapted, community-based homes for life.
