The Triple Point Impact Housing Fund

As a result of many years of under investment, the UK is experiencing a chronic housing shortage. People of all ages, some of whom have care and support needs, are precluded from having access to the type of accommodation that could improve the quality of their lives.

There are currently over one million people on social housing waiting lists, resulting in a range of issues from homelessness to ill health.

The extent of the shortage is such that is cannot be fixed by the public sector alone.

Triple Point's Impact Housing Fund invests in social and affordable homes that deliver positive tenant outcomes for some of the most vulnerable members of our society, helping the UK address its housing shortage whilst delivering sustainable inflation linked returns to investors.
