The Navigator Service is a non-UCIS discretionary investment management service which arranges investment into potentially Business Property Relief (BPR) qualifying companies with Inheritance Tax (IHT) mitigation after a maximum of two years.

The Navigator Service represents an ideal opportunity for investors seeking attractive, risk-adjusted returns and Business Property Relief by providing access to companies which help to bridge the funding gap from the scarcity of finance generally available to small and medium sized enterprises (“SMEs”) from traditional lenders such as banks.

Investors’ funds provide for a broad spread of SME business funding activities, which target predictable revenues with an emphasis on providing capital growth and liquidity.

We have extensive experience in providing business funding, and to date have arranged over £180m of business funding for a range of small and medium sized enterprises.

For full details of the Service please see the Brochure and Investor Agreement.
