Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Investors in taking a strategic and commercial approach to the execution, and awareness of the Triple Point Product Governance framework regarding the ongoing monitoring of all Triple Point retail investment products
  • Owning the day-to-day management of the Product Governance processes, maintaining the Product Governance Policy, supporting product owners with product governance queries throughout the product lifecycle, and embedding the framework within the business
  • Working with Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Legal and the Investment teams to ensure that our product literature suite is up to date and best in class. This involves managing the review process of Triple Point’s retail product literature and other collateral and taking ownership of the drafting process of any updates to these documents
  • Monitor emerging regulatory changes and industry practices and work in collaboration with the compliance team with the development and implementation of robust and proportionate policies (including those required under AIFMD) and procedures to satisfy regulatory obligations
  • Producing competitor analysis for existing products and presenting to interested parties including Sales and Senior management where applicable
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Triple Point’s Investment strategies
  • Collate information for regular reporting to ExCo and Risk teams on the product function
  • Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the business in order to create the highest quality content for Triple Point product literature
  • Preserve a high level of business integrity by ensuring exceptional accuracy in all content

  • Excellent organisation skills, able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a willingness and ability to identify ways to add value beyond routine job responsibilities
  • This is an evolving role so you may be required to undertake additional tasks or participate in projects related to increasing business and management of Triple Point’s product range
