Triple Point are coordinating a two-week work experience program scheduled from 10 to 21 June. Open to those currently either in secondary or higher education.
Individuals will be assigned to a specific team, with the opportunity to learn more about Triple Point, and how their team contributes to the success of TP.
In addition to Trainee placements, we host interns from GAIN and 10000 Interns Foundation. They take a seat in the business for up to 8 weeks, and form part of the team during that time, often working on and researching an area important to that part of the business.
The Triple Point Academy is dedicated to supporting the growth and development of all our team members. We strive to empower individuals to reach their full potential by providing a variety of resources, including online courses, e-books, webinars, and more. In addition to Triple Point Academy offerings, each employee also has a personal learning budget of up to £250 which can be used on the Learnerbly platform. The Academy partners with Global Growth Institute to deliver the Management Development Programme. We also work with a carefully curated portfolio of learning vendors. Our partnerships are driven by business and individual requirements and are regularly reviewed to ensure the best possible fit and relevance.
The Management Development Programme is offered to all existing or aspiring first line managers. This blended programme focuses on exploring key managerial practices, tools and techniques, skill development and building Triple Point managerial community of practice to ensure a consistent approach to people management. The programme consists of 12 online modules combined with regular in person sessions to explore the core content in greater depth as well as provide vital context and exchange ideas for application.
At a team level, the Triple Point Academy supports with departmental offsites, which are often centred around the Insights tool and strive to get teams working better together.
