Triple Point Social Housing REIT plc announces purchase of Kirkdale House as it targets further sustainable growth
Triple Point Social Housing REIT plc (Ticker: SOHO) has purchased Kirkdale House, in Stockton-on-Tees, for £4,710,000 (including purchaser costs), as it seeks to meet the critical demand for specialised supported housing. This deal was initially announced in an RNS on 9 March 2021.
