Kirkdale House welcomes its first residents

Triple Point Social Housing REIT plc (Ticker: SOHO) is delighted to see Kirkdale House welcoming its first residents. SOHO purchased the former care home in March 2021 as part of its mission to help address the significant demand for high-quality specialised supported housing in the UK.

Adapted into 23 individual supported living apartments, Kirkdale House provides its residents with independence and community living and most importantly a place to call home.
