TP70 Trading is a share class of TP70 2010 VCT plc, the latest Venture Capital Trust (VCT) to be launched by Triple Point. It is the latest Venture Capital Trust (VCT) to result from the innovative partnership between Triple Point Investment Management and GAM. Previous VCTs in the TP70 series have raised over £80m in the past three years.

The objective of TP70 Trading is to deliver returns comparable to GAM Trading II GBP but underpinned and enhanced by Income Tax relief and tax-free returns. TP70 Trading offers investors exposure to two attractive asset classes:

• 30% leveraged exposure to GAM Trading II GBP, the AAA rated fund of hedge funds

• 70% exposure to Triple Point’s VCT-qualifying investments.

TP70 Trading closed to investment on 31 May 2010 having raised £8.6 million.
