RAPID IHT RELIEF

The Generations Service is a non-UCIS discretionary investment management service which arranges investment into potentially Business Property Relief (BPR) qualifying companies with Inheritance Tax (IHT) mitigation after a maximum of two years.

STRATEGY

The primary objective is to offer investors a high degree of capital security and liquidity while targeting returns which are comparable to asset classes such as cash deposits.

To deliver this a broad spread of leases and infrastructure financing arrangements are targeted principally with public sector organisations and good quality companies.

  • Target Return: Stable, predictable Cash Plus returns
  • Investment Levels: £50,000 initial: Multiples of £10,000 subsequently, no maximum
  • Liquidity: Quarterly + 90 days
  • Initial Charge: 2.5%
  • Annual Management Charge: 1.5%
  • Dealing Out Charge: 1%
