TP10 is a Venture Capital Trust (VCT) that offers capital security and attractive returns; returns that are underpinned by the tax benefits that only a VCT can offer.

Triple Point has a track record of arranging investments in, and successfully arranging exits from, VCT-qualifying investments. TP10 will invest in VCT-qualifying investments that offer predictable revenue streams, liquidity and a low risk of capital loss. It is expected that the majority of the portfolio will engage in supplying services to the public sector and financially sound corporate customers.

TP10 closed to investment on 31 May 2010 having raised £30 million.

The Net Asset Value as at 31 May 2010 was 94.33p per share.
