Triple Point Income Ordinary Shares
Triple Point Income VCT was launched in 2008 to offer investors exposure to two asset classes:
- 70% exposure to Triple Point's VCT qualifying investments offering predictable revenue streams, liquidity and capital security.
- 30% exposure to GAM Diversity GBP 2.5 XL, a 1.5x geared version of GAM Diversity Inc GBP
The Ordinary Share Class comprises shareholders in the former TP70 2008 (I) and (II) VCTs.
Triple Point VCT Qualifying Investments
TP70 2008’s strategy was to build a portfolio of VCT qualifying investments alongside its exposure to GAM Diversity. Investments were made in the renewable energy sector, including anaerobic digestion and Solar PV, as well as businesses working with local authorities and in cinema digitisation.
Merger
On 21 November 2012 TP70 2008(I) VCT merged with TP70 2008(II) VCT and TP12 (I) VCT, on 15 January 2013 being renamed Triple Point Income VCT plc.
