Justin joined Triple Point in 2017. He is a partner, general counsel and compliance officer. Justin has over 25 years’ experience as a lawyer in both contentious and non-contentious legal matters (in private practise and in-house). He is qualified as a lawyer in New Zealand and the UK.
He is responsible for management of Triple Point’s legal, compliance, company secretarial and heat networks investment teams.
Justin is passionate about providing clear, constructive and pragmatic solutions to complex problems.
Justin holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from UCL specialised in intellectual property, technology transfer and internet law. He sits on most of Triple Point’s investment committees.
Outside of Triple Point, Justin is a keen cyclist, skier and scuba diver with an interest in online gaming.
