TP70 2008 (II) VCT plc Dividend Announced

The Board of TP70 2008 (II) has resolved to pay a dividend of 1.34p per share to shareholders on the register at 12 October 2012. The dividend will be paid on 19 October 2012.

This will bring the total distributions paid to date to 5.87p per share.
